I finally got around to making a photo book of our trip to Mexico a couple months ago. We stayed the entire time in Tulum on the Mayan Riviera. Perfect combination of beach relaxation and historical sightseeing, thanks to the nearby Mayan ruins. Looking through the photos I immediately wished we were back, sipping coffee on the beach, exploring what the Mayans left behind, and eating just-caught seafood. Don’t even get me started on the cocktails. Margaritas, mojitos, pina coladas… Our hotel, La Zebra, pressed sugar cane every day for the cocktails. Fresh, fresh, fresh.

Dinner at SIMPLE. I wish we had more pics of the food here, but it was too good to wait.

Posada Margherita… Excellent Italian food using local Mexican ingredients.
